⚖️ Regulatory Requirement: Grievance Redressal Committees are mandatory under AICTE regulations and UGC (Grievances of Students) Regulations. This policy will be formally constituted upon commencement of operations.

Grievance Redressal Framework
Scope & Objectives
This policy covers grievances of students, faculty, and staff related to academic matters, administrative issues, infrastructure, fees, discrimination, or any other concern arising from institutional activities. The objective is to ensure timely, fair, and transparent resolution.
Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)
Composition:
• Principal / Director – Chairperson
• Senior Faculty Representative – Member
• Student Representative – Member
• Non-Teaching Staff Representative – Member
• External Expert (if required) – Member

How to File a Grievance
1. Submit written grievance to the Grievance Redressal Committee via the prescribed form or email.
2. Acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days.
3. Committee will investigate and respond within 15 working days.
4. If unsatisfied, escalate to the Ombudsman as per AICTE norms.
