How to Pay & Cancellation Rules
Fee Payment
शुल्क भरणा- Fees are paid at the institute office at the time of admission, after document verification.कागदपत्र पडताळणीनंतर संस्थेच्या कार्यालयात शुल्क भरावे.
- Payment may be made by demand draft, NEFT/RTGS or UPI in favour of the institute. Cash payments are accepted only against an official receipt.डीडी, एनईएफटी/आरटीजीएस किंवा यूपीआयद्वारे शुल्क भरता येईल. रोख रक्कम केवळ अधिकृत पावतीसह स्वीकारली जाईल.
- Always collect and retain the official institute receipt. Do not pay to any individual account.अधिकृत पावती अवश्य घ्या. कोणत्याही वैयक्तिक खात्यात रक्कम भरू नये.
- Bank details for NEFT/RTGS are available from the admission cell on request.एनईएफटी/आरटीजीएससाठी बँक तपशील प्रवेश कक्षाकडून उपलब्ध होतील.
Cancellation & Refund
प्रवेश रद्द व शुल्क परतावा- Refunds on cancellation of admission are governed by the rules of DTE Maharashtra and the FRA in force for AY 2026–27.प्रवेश रद्द केल्यास शुल्क परतावा डीटीई महाराष्ट्र व एफआरए यांच्या लागू नियमांनुसार दिला जाईल.
- The processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.प्रक्रिया शुल्क कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत परत केले जाणार नाही.
- The amount deducted depends on the date of cancellation relative to the cut-off dates announced by the Competent Authority.कपात होणारी रक्कम सक्षम प्राधिकाऱ्याने जाहीर केलेल्या अंतिम दिनांकानुसार ठरते.
- Original documents are returned once the cancellation is processed as per the CAP schedule.कॅप वेळापत्रकानुसार प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झाल्यावर मूळ कागदपत्रे परत केली जातील.
Financial Support
Scholarships & Freeships
Eligible students can claim Government of Maharashtra and Government of India schemes through the MahaDBT portal, subject to category, income and documentation criteria. Reimbursement is credited to the student's Aadhaar-linked, NPCI-mapped bank account.पात्र विद्यार्थी महाडीबीटी संकेतस्थळामार्फत शासकीय शिष्यवृत्ती व शुल्क सवलत योजनांचा लाभ घेऊ शकतात. रक्कम विद्यार्थ्याच्या आधार संलग्न व एनपीसीआय मॅप केलेल्या बँक खात्यात जमा केली जाते.
